A combination of nutricious and delicious meals in our cosy chalet, along with sampling some of the town’s best bites and of course, catching up over post-piste beers and wine.

Itinerary:
Thursday 5th March, 2026
3.00pm: Airport Transfer
Your private transfer will be collecting you from Geneva Airport to bring you to the chalet.
4.00pm onwards - Check In
Check in from 4pm to cosy chalet with plenty of time to unpack, unwind in the hot tub or take a wander into town before the evening.
6.30pm - Welcome Drink
Join Sophie for a pre-dinner drink, snacks and welcome. A chance to find out more about the trip, ask any questions & meet the group before the first dinner of the trip.
8.00pm - Dinner in the chalet
Indulge in your first wholesome and hearty mountain meal in the chalet. The perfect first night welcome with local foods and wine to enjoy.
Friday 6th March, 2026:
8.00am - Chalet Breakfast
Wake up, caffinate and fuel up for your first day on the piste!
There will also be food provided to make packed lunches and snacks for the day.
9.30am - Ski hire & Lessons
For all those requiring skis or boards, we will be heading to town to collect these before heading up for our first day on the piste. For those taking lessons, this will also be when we head to meet your instructors for the day.
10.00am - 4.00pm - Free ride & lesson time
For those not in lessons, we will be exploring the slopes around the Chamonix area.
Once lessons and abilities are confirmed, we will plan to meet for lunch and/or drinks on the piste during the day accordingly. This day will be spent getting to know the area, understanding abilities and hanging out on the mountain soaking up the late season sunshine and spritz!
4.00pm - Post-piste spritz
A short but sweet apres stop before we head back to the chalet to relax and unwind before our first meal out.
7.30pm - Dinner locally
Our first meal out, we will be dining close to the chalet in a cosy local restaurant for the night.
Saturday 7th March, 2026
7.45am - Strengthen and lengthen
A morning to move, bend and breathe before we hit the piste. Start your morning feeling restored and energised as you exhale into another day on the mountain.
8.30am - Breakfast / Lunch prep
A chance to refuel and pack up any snacks and lunches for your day. .
9.30am - Leave for lessons/slopes - half day option - see below.
Another day soaking up the sunshine on the slopes awaits. Whether you are in lessons or enjoying free-ride time, we will plan the day according to the group.
2.00pm - Downtime - Spa or Husky Rides
This afternoon there will be options to book into one of the dreamiest indoor/outdoor spas in Chamonix or to take a husky sledging trip! Please see the booking form for options available. There will also be the chance to unwind for the afternoon in town or back at the chalet.
7.30pm - Dinner in Chamonix
This evening we will be eating out in Chamonix at one of the town’s well known but laid back restaurants.
Sunday 8th March, 2026:
8.00am - Morning movement & journalling
Wake up to the stunning views of the mountains and enjoy a chance to switch off, stretch breathe and journal.
8.45am - Breakfast
Enjoy a delicious & fresh lighter breakfast this morning before we head into town.
10.00am - Coffee & Bakes in Chamonix
For those looking for a more leisurely start to the day, we will be heading for coffee at one of my favourite coffee spots in Chamonix. A chance to ease into your Sunday before heading up the mountain.
4.00pm - Apres & Dinner in Chamonix
We will be staying on in Chamonix post-piste fun for those who would like to. Think aperol spritz on sun terraces, live music and pizza. We will be heading to some of the the town’s best spots to enjoy a more relaxed evening together before heading back to the chalet.
9.00pm - Chalet & Downtime
A chance to unwind a little before the day ahead, or of course those wanting to stay on are welcome to do so at their own leisure.
Monday 9th March, 2026:
8.00am - Breakfast
Enjoy another healthy and hearty breakfast at the chalet before our final day on the slopes.
9.00am - Freeride and Lesson time
Another day on the piste for all those wanting to improve their skills and spend time exploring more of the mountain.
Lessons will be arranged accordingly to fit in with the group and schedule.
2.00pm - Long lunch on the mountains
We will be meeting for an on piste long, lazy lunch after an early start on the mountain today. Enjoy a full afternoon of winding down with a wine before the last run down.
4.30pm - Apres
A pre-dinner drink in Chamonix awaits at one of the town’s best bars before we head back for a cosy night in to see out the very best few days!
6.00pm onwards Dinner & Downtime
A relaxed evening of food, drink and watching the sunset from the hot tub awaits for your last night of the trip.
Monday 10th March, 2026
8.00am - Morning movement & meditation
A morning class to relax the muscles and take a moment of stillness before you leave the mountains.
9.00am - Breakfast
Enjoy a delicious final breakfast as a group before check-out.
10.00am - Check out and Transfer back to Geneva Airport.
Just £200 deposit to secure your place - and instalment plans are available for remaining balance.

FAQs
Where do I fly to?
You can fly to Rome or Pisa, where there are direct trains to Orbetello. From Orbetello it is 15 minutes to the Port of S. Stefano where the ferry takes 1 hour direct to the island.
Will you support with travel arrangements?
Absolutely - we are on hand and will ensure you are fully supported when it comes to booking your flights and anything further you need.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely, all dietary requirements will be catered for.

How do I pay in instalments?
Initial £200 deposit is due within 14 days of booking. Following this, you can pay the remaining balance monthly up until the retreat. However, we will work with you to create a payment plan that suits you and work around pay days as needed.
