The small stuff:

Please note for multi-day re:treats, a non-refundable £100 deposit is required to secure your place, however this won’t be taken until your booking is confirmed. This will be payable within 48 hours of receiving the email, acknowledging your booking request.

Instalment payments are available, depending on the time of booking. These will be due on the 1st of each month, in equal payments, to be paid in full, 2 months before the Re:treat check-in date. Further details will be provided via email, if you have selected this payment option.

Rooms are allocated as twins or doubles for 2 people sharing. Single rooms are available on a first-come-first-served basis and may come subject to an additional supplement.

Your booking is subject to cancellation, if full payment is not received by the balance due date, including instalment due dates. However, if you are unable to attend we will do everything we can to fill your place and transfer your booking to a further Re:treat or refund you.
