Itinerary:
Thursday 10th September, 2026
3.00pm onwards - Check In
Check in from 3pm to your mountain escape. Enjoy exploring the village and some downtime before the evening.
6.00pm - Welcome with lakeshore movement & fizz
Join Sophie for the evening’s movement by the lake, whether it’s a gentle walk or jog, or a strengthening session, we will get our first sight of the beauty of the area, followed by an aperitvo on the terrace at the hotel. A chance to find out more about the weekend, ask any questions before the first dinner of the trip.
8.00pm - Dinner in San Vito Di Cadore
Indulge in your first Italian feast of the trip with dinner with the group in the local village. Please note, dinners are not included in the price but prices are very reasonable in the town. (Approx. 20-30 euros for dinner each evening).
Friday 11th September, 2026:
7.00AM - Breakfast at the hotel
We will be departing early for our first day in the mountains. This will be our longest day and therefore breakfast will be at 7am to ensure we can leave in time to get parked and start the hike.
8.00AM - Depart for Tre Cime di Lavaredo
An hour’s drive takes us to Tre Cime di Lavaredo – three iconic mountain peaks and one of the most photographed spots in the Dolomites.
9.00AM - 4.00PM
We’ll pause at Lake Misurina for a quick photo stop before beginning the loop around the three towers. Along the way, enjoy sweeping alpine views, a hearty hut lunch (included), and – if you’re up for it – a short extra hike to one of the most breathtaking viewpoints in the region.
4.00PM - Afternoon tea at the hotel
After a big day in the mountains, relax with the hotel’s delicious afternoon tea (included). Enjoy homemade pastries and sweet treats, sip a spritz on the terrace, or cosy up inside with a coffee.
6.00PM - Optional trip to Cortina D’Ampezzo for Drinks and Dinner
We will have the chance to explore and enjoy a pre-dinner drink and shop in the infamous Cortina D’Ampezzo this evening. The heart of the Dolomites with lovely shops, great bars for an aperitvo and plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from.
Saturday 12th September, 2026:
8AM - Breakfast at the hotel
9AM - Depart hotel for e-bikes to Cortina D’Ampezzo
This morning we will cycle the beautiful bike path by e-bike to Cortina D’Ampezzo where you will get chance to enjoy Italian coffee and pastries and wander the pretty town and shops before we cycle back.
11.30AM: Depart Cortina to Return to San Vito
13.00PM: Afternoon Lakeshore & Lunch
The afternoon will be spent by the Lakeshore of Lago Di Cadore. A half hour walk takes us to a swim spot & mountain cafe for some well-deserved down time.*
*Incase of bad weather, we will replace this with a short hike and mountain hut drink/food. There will also be an option to take a rest day/spa day or indoor activities if weather is severe.
6.00pm - Onwards: Dinner and downtime
This is your own time to enjoy this evening. Whether it’s a cosy night in with a take away pizza or a wander into the village - you will have this evening to yourself.
Sunday 13th September, 2026:
7.00AM - Depart for Passo Giau
8.00AM - Depart to Tre Cimi Lavarado
A breathtaking mountain pass with sweeping views – the perfect starting point for our last big hike.
9.00AM - 4.00PM: Passo Giau & Cinque Torri
We’ll explore this incredible area, stopping for lunch in a cosy mountain hut (included) and soaking in the Dolomites one last time.
4.00PM - Return to San Vito for downtime
We will be stopping off via Cortina D’Ampezzo - one of the most famous villages in the heart of the Dolomites for a spritz and wander before heading back to San Vito Di Cadore to shower and change before Dinner.
6.00pm - Onwards: Dinner and downtime
This is your own time to enjoy this evening. Whether it’s a cosy night in with a pizza or a wander into the village - you will have this evening to yourself.
7.30PM - Pre-dinner drink at the hotel
8.00PM - Dinner at Mato Kitchen, San Vito Di Cadore
Dinners are not included in the package and are entirely optional to dine as a wider group - however on the final evening we will plan to dine at Mato Kitchen (my favourite spot in the village!). The perfect way to finish off the week together.
Monday 14th September, 2026:
8.00AM - Breakfast
Enjoy a leisurely final breakfast of the trip.
9.30am - 12pm: Morning hike to Refugio (Optional)
10.00AM - Check Out and Departure
If hiking, you can leave your bags at reception and use the spa facilities to shower before leaving for the airport.
Just £200 deposit to secure your place - and instalment plans are available for remaining balance.

Rooms are allocated as Twin rooms. Please note - single rooms are available at a supplement.

What’s included in the price?
Your accommodation, breakfast & lunch every day, all classes, hikes, activities, plus welcome goodies & a drink on arrival!
Where do I fly to?
Flights are to Venice Marco Polo Airport, with transfers being very accessible either by bus or privately arranged - which we will support with throughout.
Will you support with travel arrangements?
Absolutely - we are on hand and will ensure you are fully supported when it comes to booking your flights and transfers as you require.
How fit do I need to be?
You will need a good base level of fitness for this retreat. We rate the trip as intermediate (meaning you can walk on a moderate to steep incline, at a reasonable pace for up to 2 hours)
However all activities are optional. If you regularly hike, or attend the gym, or can comfortably run a 5k in 30 minutes, you will be more than capable to join in with all the activities.
What’s not included?
Flights & transfers, travel insurance, dinner & drinks. Plus any optional extras (spa/e-bike hire/climbing lesson)
How do I pay in instalments?
Initial £200 deposit is due within 14 days of booking. Following this, you can opt to pay £100 monthly or £200 every 2 months. We will work with you to create a payment plan that suits you and work around pay days as needed.
What’s the single room supplement?
Single rooms are £100pp/pn for a double room with balcony overlooking the mountains all to yourself!
