LEVEL: This retreat is open to all abilities from beginner to advanced - with lessons available.
However, some previous ski or snowboard experience would be very beneficial for this destination.

For flights, we recommend flying to Venice Marco Polo which is where the transfer will be offered from.
All dietaries will be catered for in the hotel. *Please note only meals inside the hotel will be catered for and included. One lunch outside of the hotel will also be included.
Itinerary:
Wednesday 3rd March, 2027
3.00pm: Airport Transfer
Your private transfer will be collecting you from Venice Marco Polo Airport to bring you to the beautiful hotel*
*This will be amended to fall in with flight times and all flight bookings will be supported to help. There are also regular and direct buses if your flight is arriving at a later time.
4.00pm onwards - Check In
Check in from 4pm to your cosy mountain hotel with plenty of time to unpack, unwind in the sauna or take a wander before the evening.
7.00pm - Welcome Drink & Snacks
Join Sophie for a pre-dinner aperitivo - your first taste of Italy. A chance to find out more about the trip, ask any questions & meet the group before the first dinner of the trip.
8.00pm - Local pizzeria dinner
Indulge in your first Italian meal for the trip at the local pizzeria. The perfect first night welcome with local food and wine to enjoy.
Thursday 4th March, 2027
7.30am - 8.15am - Hotel Breakfast
Wake up, caffinate and fuel up with our nutritious breakfast for your first day on the piste!
There will also be homemade Italian packed lunches provided for those who would like to take one for the day.
8.15am - Leave for Ski hire & Lessons
A slightly earlier start for all those requiring skis or boards and/or taking lessons. We will be heading to town to collect these before heading up for our first day on the piste.
9.15am - 1.00pm - Lessons
For those taking lessons, this will also be when we head to meet your instructors for the day.
10.00am - 4.00pm - Free ride & lesson time
For those not in lessons, we will be exploring the slopes around the Cortina D’Ampezzo area.
Once lessons and abilities are confirmed, we will plan to meet for lunch and/or drinks on the piste during the day accordingly. This day will be spent getting to know the area, understanding abilities and hanging out on the mountain soaking up the late season sunshine and spritz!
4.00pm - Post-piste spritz
A short but sweet apres stop awaits at one of before we head back to the hotel to relax and unwind before our next delicious italian meal out.
7.30pm - Dinner Out
Our next chance to sample some of the delicious food & wine from another of my favourite restaurants in the area.
Friday 5th January, 2027
7.30am - 9.00am Breakfast at your leisure
Wake up, caffinate and fuel up with our nutritious breakfast again at your own pace.
There will also be homemade Italian packed lunches provided for those who would like to take one for the day.
9.00am - Leave for lessons and Skiing in Cortina D’Ampezzo
For those taking lessons, we will be heading to meet your instructors again for another morning on the piste. For those looking for a more lesiurely start, we can take a coffee in Cortina before heading up the piste for the morning.
1.00pm - San Vito Di Cadore Skiing & Apres Ski
This afternoon we will be skiing the slopes directly opposite the hotel (and for those not looking to ski, you can enjoy an afternoon of unwinding in the hotel sauna/steam room).
3.00pm - Apres on piste
San Vito hosts a great Refugio on piste for apres every Friday in the winter. Plus there are even shuttle buses back down to avoid and post-spritz skiing! We will be enjoying soaking up the views and taking a well deserved rest after a day’s skiing on the mountain.
For those not wanting to ski, you can also take the shuttle up to join us in the afternoon.
6.00pm - Last shuttle back to hotel for downtime
8.00pm - Dinner at MATO kitchen
A local restaurant with great music, cocktails and a different take on Italian cuisine. A must when staying in San Vito.
Saturday 6th January, 2027
7.30am - 9.00 am Breakfast at your leisure
Enjoy a full Italian cooked and continental breakfast again at your own pace.
9.30 am - Depart for Misurina Ski Area
Today we will be exploring one of the most impressive areas of The Dolomites - skiing by the infamous Tre Cimi Di Laverado. Sun soaked pistes and incredible peaks await.
1.00pm - Mountain hut lunch
We will be stopping to enjoy lunch on the mountains this day and will align with those in lessons as needed. Incredible views and mountain top spritz await.
5.00pm - Afternoon Tea & downtime
Returning to the cosy hotel, enjoy an incredible afternoon tea at the hotel, included daily we will try to be around the hotel at this time.
8.00pm - Dinner in Cortina D’Ampezzo
A chance to explore the mountain town of Cortina for dinner this evening, dining at one of our favourite authentic Italian restaurants.
Sunday 7th January, 2027
7.30am - 9.00am Breakfast at your leisure
Wake up, caffinate and fuel up with our nutritious breakfast again at your own pace.
There will also be homemade Italian packed lunches provided for those who would like to take one for the day.
9.00 am - Depart for Cinque Torri Ski Area
Today we will be exploring another incredible area of The Dolomites - skiing at the Cinque Torri.
Another day of beautiful pistes & scenic views. Whether you are in lessons or enjoying free-ride time, we will plan the day according to the group.
2.00pm - Downtime - Free time on/off the mountain (& optional spa afternoon)
This afternoon we will head back to San Vito for those looking to relax a little more on the final day. There is also a beautiful spa 15 minutes from the hotel if people would like to book on (see booking form for more details)
7.30pm - Final dinner in the mountains
This evening we will be heading to a favourite local spot outside of San Vito. An authetic cosy mountain restaurant awaits to close off an incredible trip.
Monday 8th March, 2027
9.00am - Breakfast
Enjoy a delicious final breakfast as a group before check-out.
10.00am - Check out and Transfer back to Venice Marco Polo Airport.

FAQs
Where do I fly to?
The closest airport is Venice Marco Polo which is also where the transfer will be arranged from. Please ensure your flight lands before 2pm if you wish to get on the private transfer at 3pm. Other shared transfers will be available at a later time for around 40 euros.
Will you support with travel arrangements?
Absolutely - we are on hand and will ensure you are fully supported when it comes to booking your flights and anything further you need.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely, all dietary requirements will be catered for.

How do I pay in instalments?
Initial £200 deposit is due within 7 days of booking. Following this, you can pay the remaining balance monthly up until the retreat. However, we will work with you to create a payment plan that suits you and work around pay days as needed.
