The small stuff:

Please note a non-refundable £200 deposit is required to secure your place, however this won’t be taken until your booking is confirmed. This will be payable as per your invoice.

Instalment payments are available, depending on the time of booking. These will be due on the sa,e day of each month, in equal payments, to be paid in full, 1 month before the Re:treat check-in date. Further details will be provided via email, if you have selected this payment option.

Rooms are allocated as shared occupancy unless a single has been requested, which are all allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.

Your booking is subject to cancellation, if full payment is not received by the balance due date, including instalment due dates. However, if you are unable to attend we will do everything we can to fill your place and transfer your booking to a further Re:treat or to refund you.
