Two days of movement, connection, sunshine & spritz with likeminded women.

Saturday 25th April
9.30am: Coffee, Pastries - included in ticket price and Welcome (what's on, giveaways, goodie bags & more)
10.30am: Choose from: Outdoor Yoga session, Kettlebell & Core Class or simply relax and shop and sample coffee from our different roasters on the day
11.30am: Your choice of a sound bath or pilates class
1pm: Pizza van & prosecco pop up
(included in ticket price) by the water, plus discover some local artisan stalls & sweet treats available to purchase
2pm: Q&A with leading wellness industry leader
3pm: Paddleboard or kayak down the river (first come first served) - optional boat services will be available
4pm: Mindfulness session
4.30pm: Sundown spritz & close

Sunday 26th April
9am: Guided Group Hike
12.30pm: Brunch club: Post hike, join us by the water to sip mimosas in the sunshine and indulge in a delicious and wholesome brunch menu (included in ticket price)
2pm: Panel: hear from some leaders in the women’s health & wellness industry and find out more about our huge partner giveaways
3pm: Choose from our creative workshop or a mindful yoga session
4pm: You choice of: Strength & Conditioning session or Pilates class
4.45pm: Sundown & close

All activites are optional and some will be first-come, first reserved basis once the official schedule is released
Throughout the weekend there will be a full pop-up market with local suppliers, shops, wellness stores, clothing and more
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable where possible if you are no longer able to make the event.
Twilight Spa Access can be booked direct with the hotel and is on a first-come first-booked basis. Full information will be provided with your Festival confirmation email.
