*Any meals outside of the villa will be at your own leisure and not included in the price, however all food and soft drink at the villa is included. Including some alcoholic drinks throughout the trip.
Itinerary:
Wednesday 5th November, 2025:
3.30pm – Transfer
Your dedicated transfer will collect you from Málaga Airport and whisk you away through the rolling hills of Southern Spain to our luxury villa, your home for the next 4 nights.
4.00pm – Arrival & Welcome Goodies
Step into your private slice of Spanish sunshine. You’ll be greeted with a refreshing welcome spritz, a selection of handpicked treats to take home, and time to settle in before we begin.
5.00pm – Strengthen & Lengthen
Shake off the day’s travels with our first class of the retreat. This gentle but energising session is designed to re:fresh and re:store your body, leaving you ready to embrace the days ahead.
6.00pm – Poolside Welcome Drinks
Gather with your fellow re:treaters by the pool for a relaxed drink as the sun begins to set, sharing introductions and soaking up the warm evening air.
7.30pm – Dinner at the Villa – Enjoy your first taste of our nourishing retreat menu, prepared with fresh, local ingredients and served in the comfort of our villa.
Thursday 6th November, 2025:
8.30am – Beachfront Yoga, breathwork and morning swim
Start the day with a grounding yoga session right on the beach, the sound of the waves setting the perfect rhythm for your breath. Followed by a breathwork session and sea swim.
11.00am – Brunch at the Villa
Return to the villa for a wholesome and satisfying brunch, giving you the energy you’ll need for the afternoon’s adventure.
2.00pm – Mijas Pueblo Hike & Explore
Journey to one of Andalucía’s prettiest whitewashed mountain towns. An optional scenic 2-hour hike above the hills, where spectacular views await for those who would like it, or spend the afternoon wandering the cobbled streets and getting your steps im . Afterwards, enjoy a relaxed post-walk drink and an early dinner in the charming streets of Mijas Pueblo.
7.30pm – Return to Villa for Downtime
Unwind in the quiet of the evening, whether that’s reading by the pool, sharing stories with new friends, or simply resting under the stars.
Friday 7th November, 2025:
8.00am – Morning Movement
Wake up energised with this morning’s strengthening session to set you up for the day ahead.
9.30am - Breakfast at the villa
A delicious and wholesome breakfast to start your day right following your morning workout.
9.30am – Guided Walk along the coastline including coffee stops & beach front lunch
We will be spending the day walking along the pretty boardwalk that explores the beautiful coastline of the area. Think coffee shop stops and wine stops to watch the light spill across the Mediterranean.
Plus we will be stopping at a local chiringuito for lunch along the way.
4.30pm – Downtime
Return to the villa for a swim or siesta, or if you’re feeling adventurous we can point you towards some of our favourite local beaches and hidden spots to explore.
7.30pm – Dinner at the Villa
Another evening of relaxed dining, celebrating seasonal flavours and fresh produce.
Saturday 8th November, 2025:
8.30am – Light Breakfast at the Villa
A light breakfast awaits before we head downt to the water to enjoy a morning of movement and relaxtion.
10.00am – Morning Paddleboard or Optional surf lesson.
Today’s movement will be set by the water with paddleboarding or surfing on offer. Whether you’re a total beginner or well experienced in the water, we’ve got you covered. Or simply relax with a coffee by the beach while you watch the waves hit the shoreline.
1.30pm – Beach Club Lunch at LUUMA Beach Spend the afternoon at one of the area’s most beautiful & tranquil beach clubs. Enjoy a delicious, laid-back lunch with your toes in the sand at LUUMA Beach.
4.00pm – Downtime at the Villa
Cool off in the pool or enjoy a well-earned rest.
6.30pm – Marbella Old Town
Stroll through cobbled streets and boutique shops before joining the group for a pre-dinner drink.
8.00pm – Tapas Evening
Savour a final Spanish feast in Marbella’s historic old town, where every bite tells a story.
Sunday 9th November, 2025:
8am – Leisurely breakfast at the Villa
One last relaxed breakfast before we say our goodbyes and head home, refreshed and re:charged.
10am - Check Out & Transfers
Depart the villa via our dedicated transfer either back to the airport or into Malaga to enjoy a final day in the city before heading home.
Just £200 deposit to secure your place - and instalment plans are available for remaining balance.

Rooms are allocated as Twin rooms. Single rooms are available at a supplement.

Malaga, Costa Del Sol.
Will you support with travel arrangements?
Absolutely - we are on hand and will ensure you are fully supported when it comes to booking your flights and transfers as you require.
How fit do I need to be?
You will need a good base level of fitness for this retreat. We rate the trip as intermediate (meaning you can walk on a moderate to steep incline, at a reasonable pace for up to 2 hours)
However all activities are optional. If you regularly hike, or attend the gym, or can comfortably run a 5k in 30 minutes, you will be more than capable to join in with all the activities.

How do I pay in instalments?
